“If you ask my friends and family, you can pretty quickly confirm that for me it's been about food every day for years. I knew pretty early on that my profession would also have something to do with nutrition, and so I ended up studying ecotrophology. During my studies I had the idea to start my own business with the production and sale of a vegan cheese alternative. I brought the basic building blocks for product development with me for the project, but I had little idea of the business elements up to that point. Plus, it's hard to come up with a structure and guideline on your own, especially at the beginning. And that's where the Businettes program came in and supported me: I had already thought about some of the topics covered in the program, but it was really helpful to work through each topic step by step and in a sensible chronological order. Especially with financial planning and creating a good pitch deck, Vic and Claire helped me a lot with their content. Although I was already a bit more advanced with my idea, I was able to benefit from the program and would therefore recommend it to every founder - especially when it comes to first concretizing the business idea.”
