Where do I even start…?!
This question won’t be your worry anymore from here on. The business program is designed to get you from the idea stage of your entrepreneurial project to a real business case. Step by step and with hands-on exercises, definitions, examples. You will work on your business while learning all relevant business terms and mehtods to get started.
The aim is to get your business idea straight, to define the business model, your target group, plan your go-to-market strategy and much more. At the end you’ll have your pitch deck ready and a milestone plan for the weeks and months after the Businettes program.
What you will work on in the 5 stages
Stage I - Exploration
Get a clear idea of your offer, your strengths & your competitive environment. Set yourself a positive vision & focus clearly on your goals.
Stage II - Deep dive
Dive deeper into your business concept by analyzing your market, your business model, your pricing strategy as well as your costs and revenues. You will also learn how to position yourself amongst your competitors.
Stage III - Validation
Get various opinions on your business idea and learn what works and what doesn’t. Learn how to create an insightful survey, how to create a first prototype, and how to launch your MVP (minimum viable product).
Stage IV - Challenge
Learn how to create a professional oral and written pitch & how to deliver it with confidence. We will help you nail your storytelling strategy, too.
Stage V - Implementation
Work on your milestones in order to have a crystal-clear plan on how to proceed. Learn how to build your brand platform and work on your marketing and sales strategy. Want to build a website or online shop? You will learn how to do that, too. And in case you haven't found a name for your business yet, don't worry - we have your back with our naming workshop.
